TINTO MEDICAL PRACTICE CLOSURE NOTICE PROTECTED LEARNING TIME FOR ALL STAFF
THE PRACTICE WILL CLOSE ON WEDNESDAY 26TH JUNE FROM 14.00PM - 18.00PM FOR PROTECTED LEARNING FOR ALL STAFF.
IF YOU REQUIRE ACUTE OR URGENT MEDICAL CARE DURING THIS TIME CALL THE PRACTICE AS USUAL AND YOU WILL BE DIVERTED TO DEDICATED CALL HANDLERS WHO WILL TRIAGE YOU TO THE APPROPRIATE SERVICE.
FOR ROUTINE ENQUIRIES SUCH AS BLOOD RESULTS OR REPEAT PRESCRIPTIONS PLEASE CALL WHEN THE PRACTICE RE-OPENS.

ASKMYGP Online Service - Patient Information
To allow our team to safely deal with online requests, we ask that patients submit requests between 08.00AM - 10.30AM. This allows GPs to allocate appropriate appointments as early as possible.
Due to ongoing limited capacity, it is vital we identify patients who need on the day review.
Requests are triaged by our Duty Doctor. The Duty Doctor will assess urgent clinical requests. For all other requests a suitable appointment will be arranged. Please give as much information as possible when submitting your request.

Carers provide unpaid care by looking after an ill, frail or disabled family member, friend or partner. Being aware of your caring responsibilities helps us to provide a better service to you as a patient and to the person you care for.
If you are providing unpaid care (whether or not the person you care for is a patient in this practice) please let us know. If you would like to tell us you are a carer, or require further information / referral to a local Carers Network, please contact the Practice for further advice.
